jilitt Privacy Policy

jilitt ("jilitt," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who access or use the jilitt platform at https://jilitt.live (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). It applies to all personal data collected through the jilitt Platform, including data collected during account registration, identity verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and customer support interactions.

By accessing the jilitt Platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilitt is the personal information controller ("PIC") in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. As PIC, jilitt determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

jilitt has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA and this Privacy Policy. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

jilitt collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

jilitt does not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the DPA) beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

jilitt collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct Collection: Data you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated Collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).
• Third-Party Sources: Identity verification data from government databases or third-party KYC service providers; fraud and risk data from payment processors and anti-fraud services; publicly available information where relevant to regulatory compliance.

jilitt processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary for the performance of the contract between you and jilitt (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account management, payment processing, and game delivery.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, gaming regulations, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for jilitt's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and business analytics, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, particularly for marketing communications and certain cookie-based tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

jilitt uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your jilitt account, including verifying your identity and age (21+), managing your login credentials, and processing account closure requests.
• Payment Processing: To process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer, and debit card; to verify payment method ownership; and to maintain accurate transaction records.
• Regulatory Compliance: To fulfill our obligations under Philippine gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws (AMLA), and tax reporting requirements, including filing suspicious transaction reports where required.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming patterns for signs of problem gambling, enforce deposit and session limits you have set, and administer self-exclusion requests.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and improve the quality of our support services.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, conduct A/B testing, and improve the performance, features, and user experience of the jilitt Platform.
• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about jilitt — only where you have consented to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.

jilitt will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.

jilitt does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including KYC verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, banks), cloud hosting providers, and customer support platforms. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
• Regulatory Authorities: We disclose data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other Philippine government agencies as required by law or upon lawful request.
• Law Enforcement: We may disclose data to law enforcement agencies where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jilitt's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
• With Your Consent: We may share your data with other third parties where you have given your explicit consent to such sharing.

jilitt uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to operate and improve the Platform. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings and display options to provide a more personalized experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with the Platform to help us identify areas for improvement. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
• Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including identifying unusual login patterns and suspicious device behavior.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the jilitt Platform. jilitt does not use cookies to track your activity across unrelated third-party websites.

jilitt retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA requirements.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed to marketing communications, plus three (3) years thereafter as evidence of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilitt will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

jilitt implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and jilitt servers.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial information and government ID details.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that only authorized jilitt personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent necessary for their job functions.
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security firms.
• Multi-factor authentication for all internal systems that process personal data.
• Incident response procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing personal data breaches in accordance with NPC notification requirements.

While jilitt takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jilitt login credentials and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilitt:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed — which is the purpose of this Privacy Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data jilitt holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on legitimate interests.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14. jilitt will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

The jilitt Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. jilitt does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilitt becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the data, and, where applicable, report the matter to the relevant authorities. If you believe a minor has registered on the jilitt Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

jilitt reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or Platform features. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or how we process your personal data, jilitt will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jilitt Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
