These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and jilitt ("jilitt," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilitt website located at https://jilitt.live and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the jilitt Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jilitt, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilitt Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or terms applicable to individual games, promotions, or features on the jilitt Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the jilitt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and is strictly enforced by jilitt. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on the jilitt Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jilitt complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use jilitt.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilitt or by any gaming regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a jilitt Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jilitt and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

jilitt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on jilitt, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jilitt account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by jilitt. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilitt login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilitt will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jilitt immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jilitt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to such notification.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your jilitt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

jilitt is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming compliance requirements. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You will be required to submit the following documentation to complete KYC verification:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document. Accepted documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of address, which may be required in certain circumstances (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number).

Until KYC verification is completed, your jilitt account will be in a limited state: you may browse the game lobby and make small deposits, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. jilitt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for enhanced due diligence purposes.

All financial transactions on the jilitt Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilitt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are also accepted for deposits.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jilitt wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. jilitt reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawal requests.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and payouts are in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency transactions are supported.

jilitt does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not supported, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

jilitt offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet the criteria specified in the relevant promotion. jilitt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Right to Withdraw: jilitt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a user's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the jilitt Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jilitt uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilitt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jilitt's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnections: jilitt is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnections or device failures on the player's side. Where a game supports a reconnection feature, the game state will be preserved for a reasonable period.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jilitt customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilitt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jilitt immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any jilitt software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilitt staff or other users through any communication channel.

jilitt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jilitt.

You may also close your jilitt account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

jilitt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all jilitt account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilitt account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilitt Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the jilitt Platform — including but not limited to the jilitt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilitt or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilitt Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilitt content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilitt content.
• Use any jilitt trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jilitt Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilitt intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilitt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilitt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilitt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jilitt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilitt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilitt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilitt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilitt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jilitt Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilitt, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilitt customer support. jilitt will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilitt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
